Establishing LTAs for Event Management and Cash Disbursement Services

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) is seeking qualified companies or organizations to participate in a competitive solicitation process to provide event management, cash disbursement, administrative support, and related goods and services. All companies/organizations that are qualified to provide above mentioned services are invited to participate, including but not limited to event management companies, hotels, and non-governmental organizations.

The result of the solicitation will be the non-exclusive Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs) with one or more companies/organizations who will provide the said services for UNICEF-funded/arranged activities throughout Myanmar at national, sub-national and lower levels. Other UN agencies in Myanmar may also apply/use the LTAs on their own arrangements. LTA holders are expected to provide the same or similar services under same terms and conditions, should the latter wish and reached an agreement with the LTA holders piggybacking the UNICEF solicitation process and award. UNICEF will not be responsible to those usages.

Once UNICEF enters LTAs with awarded contractors, a secondary bidding process (email request for quotation process) to all LTA holders for a specific occasion shall be worked on to make sure that rates are competitive, and the services are fit to purpose for the event. UNICEF reserves the right to directly issue a contract to an LTA holder under certain condition, adhering UNICEF’s internal policy.
