Procurement of Solar Panels for Bgy Pinamuk-an Health Center, New Washington, Aklan, Philippines (Subnational Initiative Project 2)

The purpose of this Agreement for Performance of Work (APW) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractual partner to carry out the following works:

• Design and installation of complete equipment, devices, wirings, and other necessities for Solar Photovoltaic On-Grid Hybrid System
• Other electrical works: Rewiring and Circuit Tracing
• Determination of storage room and recommendation of works needed for enclosure for Solar Inverters, Solar Batteries, and Unitized Panels
• Processing and completion of necessary permits and clearances (Building, Electrical, Power, etc.)
• Prepare and handover complete Net Metering documents
• Ensure safety, security, and health during project implementation
• Coordinate with agencies involved during ocular inspection, planning phase, and construction phase
• Conduct training on operation and maintenance of Solar PV System for the health-care facility and LGU personnel
• Provide Solar PV System Operations Manual
• Conduct testing and commissioning and secure acceptance of the project from the recipient healthcare facility
• Conduct reliability test for a period of two months immediately following the date the equipment was tested and commissioned
• Provide online monitoring access to the installed Solar PV System
• Mobilization and Demobilization

WHO is an organization that is dependent on the budgetary and extra-budgetary contributions it received from the implementation of its activities. Bidders are, therefore, requested to propose the most economical solution to meet WHO requirements.
