Request for Information (RFI) – Disposal of Soil Stabilizer (Dust Suppresants) and Waste Baskets

1. The United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) is seeking information from qualified vendors for the environmentally responsible disposal of seven (7) 40 ft containers of soil stabilizer and three (3) pallets of waste baskets. 2. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information regarding vendor capabilities, disposal methods, pricing, and other relevant details. The disposal will include: • Seven (7) containers with 126,000 Kgs of soil stabilizer (dust suppresants). • Three (3) pallets of waste baskets. 3. Vendors are required to submit the following; - The necessary permits, expertise, and compliance with environmental regulations. - Estimated cost for disposal, including any charges for transportation, handling, or related services. - Estimated timeframe to complete the disposal process. - Relevant experience in providing similar services. 4. Vendors who have the capacity to provide this required service are encoraged to submit their offers, permits and supporting document by the closing date of 22 November 2024 at 4:00 PM (Abyei Local Time – GMT+2
