Hiring of Consultancy for specialized technical services in the preparation of a Portfolio of Structuring Projects for the PRDNE - Regional Development Plan of the Northeast Region of Brazil for 2024-2027. 

The main objective of the consultancy is to update the portfolio of structuring projects for the regional development of Sudenes area of operation, develop a methodology for monitoring these projects, followed by training of Superintendence technicians and public agents and subsidies to foster the articulation of key actors for the financing of Projects.

The expected result at the end of the contract is to subsidize:

1)    The definition and detailing of structuring projects for regional development legitimized by the State Governments, Northeast Consortium and Sectoral Ministries and with articulated funding sources for their execution;

2)    The expansion of the capacity of Sudene and public agents for the dissemination and monitoring of projects;

3)    The expansion of the capacity of Sudene and public agents to articulate regional actors and sources of financing.
