Provision of Safer Access, Clean Streets, Traffic Signs, Crossing points for Pedestrians and Road Safety Awareness Campaigns in Homs City, Syria

• For clarifications regarding this RFQ, you are requested to contact the procurement team, exclusively in writing, via e-mail to: mariam.alqaoud@un.org with a copy to bharpur.dalal@un.org no later than 29 September 2024 at 12:00 Noon (Syria time).
• No communication, written or verbal, is allowed in connection with this RFQ with any UN staff members other than Procurement team.
• Optional site visit will be arranged on 27 October 2024 @12:00, bidders can visit the project location as indicated at the location map.
• Optional Virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday 28 October 2024 at 12:00 Noon (Syria Time).
• RFQ Closing date and time: 6 November 2024, 16:00 (Nairobi time).
• Bid submission: Bids must be submitted by email to unon-rfq@un.org, Please do not even copy (cc) any other email address, otherwise your bid may be disqualified, Only electronic bids will be accepted (No hard copies, No paper copies, No cloud copies are allowed).
• The maximum submission size of each email is 10 MB. If bids go above this limit, bidders are allowed to split the submission with clear numbering and labelling on each email.
• The use of the files sharing applications such as Google Drive/We transfer, etc. is not permitted and files submitted through such applications will not be considered.
