The United Nations Operation in Côte d’Ivoire (hereinafter referred to as “ONUCI” or “the United Nations), seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from duly registered and licensed companies for short term and/or long term contracts for the Provision of the following: • Supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairing/replacement of electronic Security System in ONUCI ONUCI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue a solicitation document to those companies which shall express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill ONUCI’s requirements. In addition, the interested companies are required to be registered as a UN vendor via the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) at www.ungm.org by means of electronic updates and using the following link for registration https://www.ungm.org/Registration/RegisterSupplier.aspx. (Only companies not yet registered). Detailed specifications will be provided to companies that will be short listed for receipt of the solicitation documents. The subject line of EOI should specify the required services as mentioned in the last para. However, relevant information about the company, such as: Company’s name and registration certificates; complete address including phone, fax numbers and e-mail; name and title of the contact person; information concerning the capacity (i.e. financial strength and resources) and experience of the company; company’s profile, current or previous experience in the last three years in contracts for the provision of similar services of similar scope and magnitude should be also submitted. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. ONUCI reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time in the REOI and/or solicitation process. ONUCI will consider a firm's qualifications and experience in the service area, and previous performance, when preparing a list of invitees. Thus, submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Due to the high volume of communications, ONUCI is not in a position to issue confirmation of receipt of EOIs. ONUCI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline below. The EOI may be submitted by email clearly mentioned with the inscription "EOI-Supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairing/replacement of electronic Security System in ONUCI” and addressed as follows to be received not later than Tuesday, 21 Jan 2014 at 16.00 hours GMT.
