The United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC) in Bangkok, under the responsibility of the Conference Management Unit (CMU) of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) intends to engage a qualified contractor (service provider) who can provide conference technology and logistics services for the events/meetings and conferences which are hosted at the UNCC. Conference Technology Services includes operation, set-up and maintenance of: (i) Simultaneous Interpretation and Conference Microphone Systems (ii) Presentation Equipment (iii) Audio/Video Recording (iv) Video Conferencing Services Logistics Services include: (i) Meeting / Conference Room Set up and arrangement, including floral arrangements for conference rooms, luncheons/ VIP rooms and events. (ii) Exhibition set-up and arrangements (iii) Graphic Design Services for room layouts and conference materials The UNCC complex annually hosts an average of two thousand meetings/conferences. Over the past years, the UNCC was the venue for major events, such as: 1. The Annual National Health Assembly 2. International Buddhist Conference on the UN Vesak Day 3. UNEP Open-ended Working Group and the Executive Committee meetings 4. UNFCCC Preparatory Meetings of the Regional Groups and the Informal Ad Hoc Working Groups 5. KPI Congress
