Title: ITB.2024.001 – Procurement of Supercomputing System

UNDP, Mongolia invites all qualified Institutions/companies to submit their bids for : ITB.2024.001-Procurement of Supercomputing system. The procurement is divided into two (2) lots, as outlined below:

Lot 1: Supercomputer (SC) with licensed operating system and numerical WRF modelling system software 
Lot 2: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)

Note: Vendors may submit bids for one or both lots; however, each bid must be complete and meet all specified requirements for the respective lot.
IMPORTANT DATES:

Pre-bid conference(Virtual) – 6 November 2024 , 5 PM Ulaanbaatar time 
Deadline of submissions - 27 November 2024 , 5 PM Ulaanbaatar time 

Pre-bid conference Information: 

The pre-proposal conference will be hosted virtually on 6 November 2024 17:00 PM Ulaanbaatar time as advertised in the procurement notice. Therefore, UNDP encourages any potential bidders with questions to participate in the conference to get clarifications in relation to the Interest To Bid(ITB) under discussion. The minutes/proceedings from the conference will also be uploaded after the conference
