Description
Support to develop the Case Tracking and Workflow Management System for Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) of Sri Lanka.

With the funding support of the Government of Japan, namely the Japanese Supplementary Budget Project, UNDP is implementing the project titled “Promoting Economic Governance Through Anti-Corruption Policy Support.” The intervention is working towards strengthening the anti-corruption ecosystem in Sri Lanka, through time-bound, costed national policy reform, inter-stakeholder collaboration, and enhanced institutional capacity to deliver a necessary roadmap for the country to emerge from fragility towards a resilient economy and a trusted democracy.

Under this project, UNDP assists the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) in designing and implementing case-file tracking and workflow management solution, ensuring that it meet the specific needs and requirements outlined in the system requirement attached to this TOR.

The Case-File Tracking and Workflow Management Solution is designed to revolutionize the operations of the CIABOC. By streamlining case management and optimizing workflow processes, this comprehensive solution aims to enhance efficiency, accountability, and transparency in anti-corruption investigations. Key features include comprehensive case tracking, workflow automation, real-time reporting, collaboration tools, and robust access control, ensuring a structured and efficient approach to handling cases while protecting sensitive information

 Objective;

The broader objective of this software solution is to improve the management, monitoring, and transparency in the case processing workflows of CIABOC.

 Please refer to the TOR for details.
