Pre-bidding conference will be conducted online via Teams thorough following link ( CLICK HERE FOR TEAM MEETING ) at 10:00 AM on 16 October 2024. Participation in the pre-bid conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.

سيتم إجراء إجتماع ماقبل تقديم العطاء من خلال تطبيق TEAMS  من خلال الرابط التالي ( رابط حظور الإجتماع ) وذلك في تمام الساعة 10 صباحاً الموافق 16 اكتوبر 2024. المشاركة في الإجتماع ليست  إلزامية ولكن يوصى به بشدة.

If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it by the deadline for submission of bids set out in Section 3: Data Sheet.

Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by completing and returning the attached Form A: Bid Confirmation by email to iomyementender@iom.int no later than 12 October 2024, indicating whether you intend to submit a bid or not.
