RFQ-2024-42 Assess the Data Mentorship Program.
The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of to assess the data Mentorship program that capacitated and mentored countries in data analysis and use.
The overall goal of the Data Mentorship Programme is to build local capacity and strengthen national health management information systems to support countries in Africa with their Path to Elimination validation processes. The programme aims to improve data quality by building the analytical skills of government staff to identify and address key information gaps, analyze data, and use findings to better plan and sharpen programming for the prevention of vertical transmission of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis.
The key objectives of the light programme review are as follows:
• Assess whether the Data Mentorship Programme is a replicable model and approach to capacity building and mentorship. Determining the replicability of the programme will include looking into the effectiveness and efficiency of the programme.
• Review the scalability and sustainability of the programme.
• Recommend areas for strengthening of the Data Mentorship Programme
