Request for EOI - Ad-hoc Graphic Design

IOM Vanuatu is seeking to create a roster of qualified graphic design businesses for ad hoc graphic design tasks, including info sheets, newspaper layouts, posters, reports design, and other visual materials. The selected businesses must demonstrate a strong understanding of local culture and the ability to produce designs that align with the branding requirements of the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

Designs must be tailored to diverse audiences, particularly government entities, and should reflect an understanding of what constitutes proper and effective design within the context of United Nations (UN) standards. Timeliness is crucial, and businesses must show a proven track record of delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

At this stage, we invite interested businesses to submit a brief introduction, detailing their experience, and proposing an hourly rate for their services. Experience in developing designs that meet the specific requirements of the UN or similar organizations will be highly regarded.
