Description

UNHCR PSP Korea is seeking a social listening service and platform to enhance our digital communication ecosystem, supporting our audience engagement and communication strategies.

Social listening will enable us to monitor and analyse conversations across key social media platforms, including Communities, Naver, X, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, which are vital for understanding public sentiment and guiding our outreach efforts in Korea.

By leveraging social listening, we aim to refine our long-term audience communication strategy, allowing us to better understand the needs, preferences, and behaviours of our supporters and potential donors. This insight will empower us to tailor our messaging, improve engagement, and effectively address concerns related to UNHCR’s mission and activities in Korea. Also, social listening enables us to launch targeted fundraising and communication campaigns swiftly, addressing immediate needs and engaging with supporters in real time. This approach ensures that we can adapt quickly to evolving situations and maximize our impact during critical moments.

The service and platform should be user-friendly, with full access and control retained by UNHCR. Additionally, the service must include comprehensive support and maintenance, ensuring compliance with all relevant data protection regulations.

The frame agreement will be signed with the successful bidder for the initial duration of 12-months with potentially extendable for a further period of one time 12-months period, subject to satisfactory performance and budget availability. The successful bidder will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the contract.
