The United Nations World Food Programme (Afghanistan) is seeking suitable cold storage facilities within Kabul city for storage of humanitarian food and non-food items.
The WFP Afghanistan Office in Kabul invites expressions of interest from legally registered companies and/or individual entities that own suitable cold storage facilities.
Description of Premises:
- Warehouse with a total cold storage facility of approximately 1,000 sqm, partitionable with shelving to accommodate various storage needs.
- The warehouse location must be within Kabul city, Afghanistan.
If you own a warehouse or facility that meets the above description, please submit the following documentation by 23:00, Kabul time, on Saturday, 07 September 2024, to kabul.logistics@wfp.org:
- A copy of ownership document or other legal documentation proving you are authorized to lease the premises.
- A copy of National Identification Card
- A detailed description of premises, accompanied by pictures.
- The physical address of the Premises
- The company or the individual must not be blacklisted by any UN or non-UN Organisation.
- Bank account details registered in Afghanistan.
- Municiple clearance document or tax clearance certificate.
