New clarification added: We are very intersted in submitting a bid, but the tender close date does not allow sufficient time to organise all of the essential information both commercially and techncally to respond before 02/09/2024 - especially as freight rates must be included in our pricing.Can the UNOP's team consider extending the close date until Tuesday 10/09/2024?We await your instructionsAnswer to the clarification: This is RFQ tender process and we allowed sufficient time for bid submission. However, we will review the status of the submission and extend it prior to the submission date expired. We strongly recommend you to prepare the tender documents and submit it on or before 2 Sep 2024, 17h00 Colombo Sri Lanka time. Thank you.
