Renovation of Audiovisual Systems in Rooms L1 and L2

I. Notice of Invitation
 
The International Telecommunication Union (hereinafter referred to as "ITU") issues the present Request for Proposal (RfP) for the Renovation of Audiovisual Systems in Rooms L1 and L2 of the Montbrillant building in ITU Geneva, Switzerland.

With this RfP, ITU intends to engage, in accordance with its rules and procedures, a service provider to perform and provide all requirements specified in the Terms of Reference of the present RfP. ITU seeks to enter into a contract with the Successful Bidder (see Part II, Appendix 4).

This RfP will be administered by the ITU Procurement Division. Therefore, bidders requiring any clarification about the RfP documents shall submit their queries in writing by letter, fax or e-mail to the following address:

Note: All participating bidders must attend ITU premises for a compulsory site visit to be held on Friday 22 November 2013 at 10h30 hours (Geneva time). Each bidder is responsible to present itself at the Reception desk of the ITU Montbrillant Building just before the visit, bearing a piece of identity, in order to allow for security registration.  For information, all potential bidders wishing to bid, and having emailed confirmation of such beforehand, will be taken through the compulsory site visit altogether. The ITU contact person for organizing the compulsory site visits is Ms Jennifer-Lee JANSSENS who should be contacted by email at: janssens@itu.int. Email confirmation prior to the site visit is also compulsory.

Deadline for submission of written queries following the site visit is Wednesday 27 November 2013 (12h00 hours Geneva time).

Only those queries received in writing, as well as ITU’s relevant written replies, will be considered as an integral part of this RfP and will therefore be taken into consideration in the subsequent evaluation process.

 All queries duly received, as well as the related ITU responses, will be published on the UNGM website (www.ungm.org), without mention of the question’s source.

Any kind of update to this RfP will be published in UNGM in a timely manner.  We highly recommend bidders to consult this website on a regular basis.

Deadline for submission of proposals is Wednesday 18 December 2013 (12h00 hours Geneva time) and shall indicate the reference number PROC-AB-1187-13-IS and shall be addressed to:

 Proposals shall be valid until the contract is signed with ITU.
