The United Nations World Food Programme (Afghanistan) seeks Transport service providers in Kabul, Jalalabad, Mazar, Faizabad, Herat, Kandahar, and Kunduz for Food and Non-Food items inside Afghanistan
The World Food Programme Afghanistan Office in Kabul is seeking reputable and legally registered companies for the provision of “transportation services of humanitarian food and non-food cargo” in Kabul, Jalalabad, Mazar, Faizabad, Herat, Kandahar, and Kunduz to establish a shortlist of capable vendors for the period of 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
If you wish to be considered for the provision of the above services, you must submit the following documentation by 16:00 hours at Kabul time on Sunday, 25th August 2024 through “kabul.logistics@wfp.org”.

Completed WFP Questionnaire and accompanying supporting documents. (Please contact WFP contracting team at “kabul.logistics@wfp.org” to obtain the questionnaire.)

Company must own or have access to a large pool of trucks.

Business License issued by Ministry of Industry and Commerce, specifically for “Transportation Services”.

“Transport Activity Permit” issued by the Ministry of Transport

Evidence of a minimum of three years registered operating period by way of a certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation; copy of VAT certificate (if applicable); and certified copy of last audited accounts.

The company as well as its employees and sub-contractors must not be blacklisted by any UN or non -UN Organisation.

Company profile.

Five years of experience in transportation services and should be able to present reference letters.

Company should show a strong financial capacity and has a secure capital flow.

Company must have proof of Tax clearance certificate.

Company must have Certified Bank Statements

Bank account details in Afghanistan.
