RFI for Pharmaceuticals

Dear Pharmaceuticals Suppliers

This is a Request for Information (not a tender). We are requesting this information to help us in the understanding of the pharmaceutical items that we procure and to better understand the industry. It will benefit us and you with better understanding of the products from both sides.

Please find enclosed list of pharmaceutical items that UNFPA procures. If your company supplies these items, we would appreciate if you could let us know:

1. Your standard sales pack size (Column K of excel sheet)
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) (Column L of excel sheet)
3. FOB/FCA Lead Time (Weeks) * for Fresh Production (Column M of excel sheet)
4. FOB/FCA Lead Time (Weeks) * for In-Stock Item (Column N of excel sheet)

If you could, we would appreciate if you could provide the above information in column K-N of the attached excel sheet (highlighted in orange for  your easy reference). If not, you could also simply just provide us the information in an email.

* FCA Lead time (weeks) refers to the delivery of goods on board the main carrier to the named place of destination.

Please note that this is a RFI, not a tender. A tender for pharmaceuticals is planned in first quarter of 2014, and you will be notified, if you are interested in supplying to UNFPA.

We would appreciate to hear from you the by 15^th November 2013.
