UNICEF whishes to invite you to submit a proposal for "Consultancy services to provide technical assistance to UNICEF in selected small towns to
provide at-scale safely managed sanitation services and hygiene".

Submission Instructions:

• Technical and Financial Bids: Must be emailed exclusively to moztenders@unicef.org. Both should be in a non-editable format (i.e., PDF), duly signed and dated.
• Email Subject Line: Each email should clearly indicate the tender reference (LRPS-FLA-2024-9191918) and "Technical Proposal" or "Financial Proposal."
• Separate Submissions: The Financial Proposal must be submitted in a separate email from the rest of the proposal. Prices or rates must not appear in any other part of the technical proposal.

Submission Deadline:

Properly emailed offers must be received by UNICEF Maputo - Mozambique by 10:30 hours (Maputo Local Time) on 02 September 2024.

Please be advised that bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.
