The Office of Procurement Services of the International Atomic Energy Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “IAEA”) hereby invites your company to submit a Proposal on or before the Closing Date for the services specified in the attached Statement of Work (Appendix 1).

Please note that Proposals shall be submitted to the IAEA in secure virus-free e-mail attachments by the Closing Date. Faxes shall not be accepted. You are requested to follow the instructions described in Section 2 of the Special Instructions to Bidders (Appendix 3) precisely, as any error may invalidate your offer.
