New clarification added: Dear Esteemed UNOPS officers,We have looked through your technical specification, we have several questiosn unclear, 1. is this the new project or renovated project?2. you mention we need to arrange the radar system inclluding the installation of antenna dome on an existing tower or roof ), Is the tower ready or roof ready? we have the requirement of the construction in tower.3. we want to know the application of the radar system, do you use on the boat for navigation or do you watch the boat on the shore? if the latter, you need to let us know the watch distance, is it 15 kilometers or any other figure?4. you use UPS, do you need UPS always? or you have other electricity power? 5. your internet is available through satelite or any other internet source?we need to know very clear about the on-site situation and then we know what you exactly need. your information provided is not complete, please clarify.Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you on this soon.Answer to the questions1. This is a new project.2. You need to install the antenna dome on an existing tower or roof. The tower or roof is ready.3. The radar is to be installed on land as a coastal radar (not on a vessel).4. Each locations have electrical power and the UPS require for a power backup in case of power failure. 5. Stable internet source will be provided by the end user.You should do the on-site installation of the maritime radar system including the installation of the antenna dome (on an existing tower or roof) and cable connection to the display/control unit within the building assigned for the radar installation.Thank you..

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,The manufacturer from this X-Band Radar system informed us that they would need an IMO number as this is equipment which will be installed on sea-going ships.Is it possible to provide this information?Answer to the clarification:The radar is to be installed on land as a coastal radar (not on a vessel). So, IMO number is not required. Thank you.
