New clarification added: Dears, In response to your clarification requests please note the following tender amendment highlighted in yellow in the schedule of requirement s and listed below ML 150 E 4x4 or equivalent Model Wheelbase : 3690 to 4150 mm Kerb Weight : 5770 to 6300 GVW : 11000 – 15000 Maximum Power : 220 to 280 HP @ 2500 rpm Seatting Setup: Two vertical metal (or any other material) foldable benches to allow goods transport if needed. (no pictures are available) All the other tender conditions will remain without any change. Offers are requested in USD. Offers submitted in other currencies will be converted to USD as per UN exchange rate. Bidders are required to provide proof of valid registration documents. Standard min and max (troops-goods) payload will be accepted. Regards,

New clarification added: Dears, Other IVECO truck models may be accepted if compliant with the specifications stated in the Schedule of Requirements. Preferred color is olive green but, any color will be accepted. Any Incoterm equivalent to DAP Mogadishu Port will be accepted under the condition that the supplier is to deliver and handover the trucks unloaded at the port after which UNOPS will manage and takeover for all customs, VAT clearance and further land transport inside Somalia. New clarification added: Dears,We will not be able to reconsider the set timeline for delivery. Trucks offred with specifications not compliant with UNOPS's schedule of requirments document may not be accepted.Regards,

New clarification added: Dears, As mentioned in tender particulars and documents: - Truck application or Body Option required is Troop Carrier. - All quotations shall be submitted net of any direct taxes (customs duties and indirect taxes, such as sales taxes, VAT, taxes on commodities such as fuel). - Trucks are to be delivered to Mogadishu port and UNOPS will manage and arrange for customs and VAT clearance. New clarification added: Dears, As mentioned in tender particulars, partial deliveries will be accepted where:If the bidder offering the lowest priced, most technically acceptable offer might not be able to supply the full quantity requested within the defined delivery deadline within 4 months and before the end of 2024, UNOPS may split the contract between several bidders. The tendered trucks are used for emergency operations; thus, suppliers are expected to have them in stock. We understand the quantity might be considered high, thus partial bidding was permitted as mentioned above. Currently, we will not be able to reconsider the set timeline for delivery. Regards,
