Procurement of IT Accessories and Toners

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the procurement of IT Accessories and Toners to be delivered to Multi Iraq governorates . If you are interested in submitting an offer, please make sure to have, at least, a UNGM Basic Registration with FAO (www.ungm.org). Instructions on how to access FAO tender documents through UNGM are attached to the present Notice under the “DOCUMENTS” tab; please follow these instructions when submitting your bid. OFFERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL. OFFERS NOT SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL WILL BE INVALIDATED. NOTE: The purpose from this ITB is to establish long term agreement with a vendor for the Procurement of IT Accessories and Toners initially for 2 years and subject for extension for additional 2 years upon the satisfactory performance of the supplier and the operational needs of FAO. Based on that the vendor should maintain his prices fixed during the validity of the agreement without change. FAO has the right to add any additional items as long as they fall within the scope of the requirements under this ITB and the proposed LTA after the screening of the prices for the additional items in the market and shall the price falls within the average market price of the required new items. The quantities shown in Annex I, column J, are estimated quantities for the expected first Purchase order, however, the unit price of each item (per one piece) shall be considered as the basis of any PO in future that will be raised by FAO to the contractor. The concluded LTA shall not be considered as an obligation on FAO to buy any quantity from the contractor. FAO has an obligation on buying the quantities that shall be shared with the contractor in a form of signed purchase order where the terms and conditions of the agreement shall be applied to on any call of contract (PO) under the proposed LTA. The unit price shall include the installation of any IT Accessories and Toners purchased under the LTA if required by FAO.
