The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Bangladesh Office in Cox’s Bazar, invites qualified suppliers and manufacturers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the supply and delivery of Electrical Items (referred to hereinafter as “Goods”, including DAP delivery to Cox’s Bazar, Nayapara, Kutupalong, Teknaf, Dhaka and Bhasan Char, Noakhali.
