PROVISION OF EXPLOSIVES AND NARCOTICS TRACE DETECTOR – ION SCANNER 600 FOR ANGOLA, COMOROS, KENYA, MADAGASCAR, MAURITIUS, MOZAMBIQUE, NAMIBIA, SEYCHELLES AND TANZANIA

1. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from companies for the establishment of a one-off contract for Provision of Explosives and Narcotics Trace Detector – Ion Scanner 600 for Angola, Comoros, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles and Tanzania. 2. Specific requirements for the requested goods include: a. Explosives and narcotics trace detector b. Calibration set c. Swaps and consumables d. UPS 3. Interested bidders must meet the following conditions: a. Bidder must have the requisite business registration certificates b. Bidder should not be listed on any restricted lists(World bank, or any other UN agency). c. Bidder should be register in UNGM at the time of expression of interest at least at the UNGM Registration Level 1. 4. Interested bidders shall note that the incoterm required for this requirement is DAP (Angola, Comoros, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles and Tanzania) 5. Resellers should have the requisite manufacturer’s and/or dealership certificate to resell the goods.
