Pre-qualification of Providers for Staff Augmentation/Deliverable-based Services International and Local

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, wishes to receive bids for the Pre-qualification of Providers for Staff Augmentation/Deliverable-based Services. ADB is in search of a well experienced and recognized IT Service Providers (ITSPs) with a track record of providing highly qualified personnel, products and/or services for the provision of efficient IT support and solutions from the Philippines. Two modes of delivery are covered: (i) staff augmentation, and (ii) deliverable-based service. The Statement of Work (SOW) describes the skillsets and expertise required and the terms of the engagement with the ITSPs for the two modes of delivery.
