Description
Through this Request for Proposal, the UN Secretariat is seeking a qualified firm to provide an API for plagiarism and Generative AI content analysis services to ensure the integrity and security of assessment tests administered online on the UN Online Examinations and Tests System (UNOETS), based on an in-house customized version of the Moodle learning management system. The current estimated requirements for online plagiarism and generative AI content detection services are for approximately 10,600 candidates annually. The UN does not guarantee any minimum number of services to be required. The UN Secretariat will use the API based service as part of our in-house developed online grading plugin for Moodle to assess the written essays of online tests for various pre-employment assessments and language certification of staff members of the UN Secretariat and UN agencies, programmes and funds worldwide. The working languages of the Secretariat are English and French, and the tests must be able to be administered in English and, if possible, in French as well as other official United Nations languages (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Spanish).
