Provision of Catering Services for Meetings & Events at the UN House, Beirut - Lebanon

1. The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UNESCWA) has a requirement for the establishment of a long-Term Agreement with a qualified food caterer for the Provision of Catering Services for the meetings and events at the UN House, Beirut, Lebanon. 2. The initial duration of the contract shall be for one year with the option of extension for an additional two one-year periods. 3. UNESCWA will undertake a competetive solicitation exercise and consider inviting those companies that have expressed their intrest through this EOI. Please note that this is not an invitation for the submission of a bid and/or proposal. Detailed requirements, specifications, and evaluation criteria will be provided in a formal solicitation document to be issued at a later stage.
