Supply and Delivery of Sanitation and Cleaning Materials to Various Mission Destinations.

1. The UNPD Global Procurement Support Section (PD/GPSS) hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their Expressions of Interest for the supply and delivery of assorted sanitation and cleaning materials for an estimated contract period initially of two (2) years with the option to extend for three additional one years periods. (2+1+1+1). 2 The UNPD/GPSS seeks to establish a regional contract for Supply and Delivery of Sanitation and Cleaning Materials on "when and as required basis" to various UN Missions and Entities Globally. In general, the Delivery Terms are FCA (Port of Exit, to be decided by the Vendor). There may however be need for Vendors to deliver directly to UN Locations DAP (INCOTERMS 2020), UNSOS( Mombassa or Mogadishu) UNMISS (Juba), MONUSCO (Entebbe/Goma/Kinshasa), MINUSCA (Bangui) and UNISFA (Abyei) among others. 3. The scope of this requirement includes the supply and delivery of sanitation and cleaning materials including but limited to the following product categories: • Live Plant and Animal Material and Accessories and Supplies • Pest control products • Personal paper products • Rough and finishing tools • Plumbing fixtures • Safety apparel • Face and head protection • Janitor carts and accessories • Waste containers and accessories • Cleaning equipment • Cleaning rags and cloths and wipes • Brooms and mops and brushes and accessories • Restroom supplies • Cleaning and disinfecting solutions • Floor coverings • Uniforms • Personal care products 4. GPSS is encouraging vendors who could meet the dynamic supply chains requirements that are reliable, responsive, agile and cost effective to express interest in participating in this solicitation exercise. 5.Companies must be legally registered to provide these goods and services and also registered in UNGM under the specified UN Standard Products and Services Codes [UNSPSC No.'s 10000000, 10190000, 14111700, 27111900, 30180000, 46181500, 46181700,47000000, 47120000, 47121500, 47121700, 47121800, 47121900, 47130000, 47131500, 47131600, 47131700, 47131800, 52100000, 53102700, 53130000, 6. In addition, to participate in the upcoming solicitation, vendor registration at appropriate Level with the UN Secretariat in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) is a mandatory requirement. Vendors that are not registered with the UN Secretariat in UNGM cannot be included in the solicitation process. Vendors are referred to the registration information stated below in this EOI 7. Detailed Specifications will be provided in the Solicitation Document to be issued in due course.
