The purpose of this assignment is to conduct an SBC capacity assessment of the UNICEF Refugee Response Office in Poland’s implementing partners, and based on the evidence collected, develop SBC modules, and organize ToT for relevant trainers. The assignment will develop methodologies to understand the SBC capacity gaps of the participating organizations in the areas of programme planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and knowledge management relevant for the local context.

Description of the Assignment
This assignment is designed to elevate Social and Behavioral Change (SBC) capacities within UNICEF RRO Poland and its partners through a targeted Training of Trainers (ToT) program. The tasks include a comprehensive SBC capacity assessment, development of a specialized ToT module, and the facilitation of training sessions for identified trainers at local governments, civil society organizations (CSOs), and academia. Ultimately, this assignment seeks to empower a core team of trainers and fortify SBC capacities, contributing significantly to positive change for children and communities in Poland.
