Асфальтування виконується на вимощенні, тротуарі та проїжджій частині поблизу житлового будинку по вул. Дружби народів 229 ?3. Чи можлива заміна елемента кріплення металопластикових вікон "Анкер оцинкований" на анкерну пластину з дюбелем ударний гриб для швидкого монтажу зі шурупом? 4. У ціновій пропозиції відсутні графи для заповнення відновлення ліфта, водопроводу і газопостачання. Це технічна помилка, чи ці розцінки не потрібно враховувати?5. Заміна вікон на технічному поверсі на ґрати відповідно до технічних вимог. Наразі там стоять вікна з гратами. При заміні, як просить змовник будуть лише грати без вікон.Dear Bidder,Thank you for your interest in the tender. Please find the clarifications on your answers below.1. Work on replacing wall insulation on the facade of a residential building is high-altitude work. Residential buildings of 9 and 16 floors are planned for restoration. The height (floor) of the works can be determined on the drawings attached to the tender.2. Estimates in BOQ must be filled in all, including paving, roads, sidewalks, etc. Volumes may be adjusted during construction depending on existing damage at the time of work.3. At this stage, replacement of materials and technology of work performance is not foreseen. We ask that the price for the tender be carried out according to the specified list in the BoQ.4. Estimates for installation of mechanical systems, namely: water supply, sewerage, gas supply are in the general BoQ under numbers 14_2, 14_3, 14_4, respectively.Elevator equipment restoration works are not included in this tender.5. An inaccuracy was found in the technical documentation from the Designer for building B021. On the technical floor of building B021, it is planned to restore the protective layer (cleaning, priming, painting) on the grills. In the machine room, dismantling of old and installation of new windows and protective metal gratings is provided.In the BoQ, there are separate prices for windows, for ventilation grilles, for protective grilles, etc. All rates available in the BoQ must be completed by the Contractor. For all Lots, it is unlikely that UNOPS will have any operations closer than 40km to the front line.2. Yes. UNOPS is presently issuing such letters. Using the example given, UNOPS requires a Project Manager to be available for at least 50% Level of Effort (LoE) for each Call Off Order awarded. Therefore if the vendor has enough of all other Requested Capacities, that Project Manager could oversee two (2) Call Off Orders. Individual Call Off Orders could be across two (2) lots. New clarification added: 1. In Schedule 4.1 - Bill of Quantities, types of robots are listed without indicating the number or volume of these robots. There was already an answer before whether it is necessary to fill in the "Rate USD" column for these robots. However, it is not clear how this price affects the total score, because it does not fall into the total amount? In our opinion, this is very incorrect. But there is an opportunity to submit very inflated prices.2. According to the requirements of the tender documentation, the bidder must provide information on key personnel. Quantitative requirements, education and experience requirements are listed in the Supplier Capacity Matrix for each Lot. Is it necessary to provide a different staff for each lot?3. In the Capacity Matrix it is indicated "Minimum Level of Effort (LoE) required (%) each", and in lot 1 East region - Kharkiv we have 14 Call Off Orders. Will the vendor's commercial proposal be considered as the existing key personnel will not be sufficient to handle all Call Off Orders simultaneously?
