Deadline Extension - Request for Proposal for the provision of Enhancement and further development of the Yemen Education Management Information System (EMIS).
The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) invited Company/Firm to submit a Proposal to conduct the Enhancement and further development of the Yemen Education Management Information System (EMIS), in accordance with the present solicitation document.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of this cover page and the Annexes that are stipulated and attached to this procurement notice.
Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal shall be submitted via electronic submission (email), as per clause "16. Marking of Proposals" stipulated under "ANNEX I – Instructions to Offerors" no later than March 12, 2024 before 18:00 hour Beirut local time without any copy to any other e-mail addresses.
