REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) – TUR24-EOI01 for Cloud PBX and Call Centre Services

This Expression of Interest (TUR24-EOI01) is published by WFP Turkiye Country Office (TRCO) with a view to purchase a Complaint and Feedback (CFM) hotline system for its operations in Turkiye (In-Camp Programme, Socio-Economic Empowerment and Sustainability Program (SES) and Early Recovery Programme). The purpose of this request for EOI is to identify suppliers with verified technical and financial capacity to perform the services. Eligible suppliers will be invited to participate in the bidding process for the proposed tender.
