Description

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation invites bidders to submit a bid for  the provision of Supply, Deliver and Installation of the needed equipment, and training for the application of Koha Library Management Information System at the Central Library of Mosul University] in accordance with the present solicitation document in Iraq.

Your bid must be submitted electronically SIGNED as per clause 15. “Submission and Marking of Bids” by no later than March 17, 2023, before 18:00 hour Baghdad Time.

This invitation is not to be construed in any way as an offer of contract. Your bid could, however, form the basis for a contract between your company and UNESCO.

Bidders are kindly requested to acknowledge the receipt of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) and to indicate whether or not you will be submitting a bid using the Intention to Bid Form contained in Annex V and send it back to the focal point. For this purpose, and for any requests for clarification, please contact Mr. Humam Ghanim at (m.ghanim@unesco.org) and (copying am.izzat@unesco.org).

Besides, all Bidders are advised of the attached Amendment I: Within this amendment, five new items (No. A7 – A9 – B32 – B33 – E6) have been included, denoted by yellow highlighting in the attached documents (Annex IV and ANNEX VIII). Additionally, there have been adjustments to the quantities of certain existing items outlined in the aforementioned annexes. It is imperative that all bidders thoroughly review these amendments and adjust their bid accordingly to ensure alignment with UNESCO's updated requirements.
