SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF CYBER EQUIPMENT IN ANTANANARIVO, MADAGASCAR

1. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from companies for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Cyber Equipment In Antananarivo, Madagascar. 2. Specific requirements for the requested services include but not limited to: a. Data storage with forensic card readers b. Forensic NVMe WriteBlockers c. Forensic UltraDocks d. UltraBlock Forensic Card Readers/Devices e. External Hard Drive Docking stations f. Alienware m16 Gaming Laptops g. High Performance Network Attached Storage (NAS) Devices 3. Interested bidders must meet the following conditions: a. Bidder must have the requisite business registration certificates. b. Bidder should not be listed on any restricted lists(World bank, or any other UN agency). c. Bidder must have relevant experience in servicing clients to provide services, and/or vendpr should have a qulaity system standards certification such as ISO-, ANSI-, GMP-, for example. 4. Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to priscilla.kiama@un.org. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line. 5. The EOI, clearly marked “Expression of Interest – “Procurement, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Cyber Equipment in Antananarivo, Madagascar" must be received by UNODC no later than 23h59 Nairobi local time (GMT+3) on Friday, 02 February 2024
