New clarification added: Q: Tender documents mentioned “CPT – Yangon airport of Entry (INCOTERM - 2020)”. As air cargo freight is higher than sea shipping, Can we offer with sea freight?UNOPS: The mode of shipment must be "Air" as mentioned in the delivery requirement under Form D. 

New clarification added: Q: In case the reference codes of X-ray films are deviated from the codes provided in the clarification, would it be acceptable as long as compatible?UNOPS: The provided refrerence codes from UNOPS are as equivalent. The bidder shall offer any reference codes as long as it's compatible to use with the specified printers.  

New clarification added: Q: Would you kindly clarify if the offer should be FCA or CPT? The returnable bidding form is not clear. UNOPS: As indicated in the Form C: Price Schedule Form under Section III: Returnable Bidding Form, the bidder shall quote in both FCA and CPT separately showing the total freight cost for each Lot. For the Goods already in the country Myanmar and being offered from within Yangon city, the bidder shall quote the unit and total price in FCA at supplier’s warehouse.Q: Would it be possible to grant a deadline extension for this ITB? UNOPS: The extension of the submission deadline for this ITB is NOT granted. 

New clarification added: Q: Our AGFA engineers have informed that AGFA Drystar DT2B is also compatible to be used with Crystal-M Imager Printer. Would your SR accept this fact too? UNOPS: Kindly submit the offer according to the tender requirement.

New clarification added: Q: Packaging for our Crystal-M Imager Printer compatible Digital X-Ray films comes in multiples of 5. Are we able to quote Digital X ray Film 10" 12" and Digital X ray Film 14" 17" in the following quantities 5,000 sheest (50 packs) and 29,000 sheets (290 packs) respectively?UNOPS: As stated in the Form C (Price Schedule Form), the bidders can round up the quantities to higher side matching with the available pack size. UNOPS keeps the option of accepting other pack sizes, if they are found to be still convenient for use in the Programme.

New clarification added: Q: Please kindly advise the model of chip for the designated Imager, it is preferable to offer the package photo with all information above for the reference.UNOPS: The model of chips and/or the package photo are not available. New clarification added: Q: I would like to clarify the quantity of the items requested for. For example, lot 1 Item 1, the pack size is 100 sheets, and Units is Sheet, the quantity in unit requested is 1000.Do you require 1000 packets of 100 sheets (total: 100,000 sheets) or do you require a total of 1000 sheets (total: 10 packets)?UNOPS: The quantity for the items was mentioned as the smallest unit "Sheet". For example, Lot 1 Item 1, the required quantity is a total of 1,000 Sheets (10 packs of 100 sheets).
