New clarification added: Question 1Form 0.7: Performance Statement - Do we have to fill data into this form? OR is it a reference that can be filled out later?Answer 1Form 0.7 must be completed and submitted to UNOPS by the tender deadline. Bidders are not allowed to fill out/submit the form after the tender is closed.Question 2Schedule 4 (contract schedules from the bidder) including Form 4.1 Bill of Quantities, 4.2 Programme, 4.3 Method Statement, and 4.5 Organizational Structure - Can we attach the original files? The box/space provided in the forms is very limited.Answer 2Bidders should use the bidding forms provided by UNOPS. However, bidders can adjust the size of the boxes to fit with the content (texts, figures, tables, etc.) of their technical proposal.Regarding Bill of Quantities (BOQ), please also submit an Excel file by using the BOQ template provided in Annex 1.Question 3Form 4.9: Insurance Details and Insurances - Please advise. Previously, for other tenders, we provided it individually as contract value as devising in percentages for Construction all risks insurance, Public liability insurance & Workers’ compensation insurance.Answer 3UNOPS requested for 3 types of insurance: (1) construction all risks insurance; (2) public liability insurance; and (3) workers’ compensation insurance. Please refer to 3.11 Insurance Requirements under Section V: Requirements for more information regarding the insurance requirements.In case bidders have the above-mentioned insurance in place, please provide your insurance details in Form 4.9: Insurance Details and Insurances. If bidders do NOT have the said insurance at this stage, the bidders are still eligible to participate in the tender. As such, the bidder can specify in Form 4.9: Insurance Details and Insurances that it does not currently have insurance, but it is committed to obtaining the said insurance upon being awarded a contract. This means that the contractor must provide proof of insurance if it is recommended for contract award, and the insurance must be approved by UNOPS before the contractor starts the works.Kindly note that bidders are also required to indicate the insurance costs in the BOQ (Annex 1) under the "1. Preliminaries Works" sheet.
