RFI for the Supply and Delivery of PSA Oxygen Plant, Medical Air and Medical Vacumme System

New clarification added: Dear Bidders, Please see below the clarifications provided against the request received from the interested bidder:Bidder`s request:Clarification no. 1Can you clarify the number of equipment for the duplex oxygen generator system?For example; 2 air compressors, 2 dryers, 2 oxygen generators or 1 air compressor, 1 dryer,  oxygen generator type. Because there are a lot more price differences in each configuration.Clarification no. 2  We would like to know further below information from you: For all these 11 sets of 60Nm3/hr oxygen plant systems. Do they need to fill all 60Nm3/hr produced oxygen Into High pressure cylinder?For 1 sets of 100Nm3/hr oxygen plant system. Do they need to fill all 100Nm3/hr produced oxygen Into High pressure cylinder?Clarification no. 3 1. What is the size of the cylinders to be filled? This will help determine if the 100 cylinders can be filled in a day or not.2. Can we provide a 4*3 filling ramp rather?UNOPS Response:Response to clarification 1:We need a duplex medical oxygen generator system consisting of two PSA oxygen generators, two medical air compressors, and two air dryers. This configuration aligns with our specific requirements for redundancy and ensures a reliable and continuous supply of medical oxygen for our hospitals. Response to clarification 2:1.       Not all of the medical oxygen produced by the PSA oxygen generator will be used to fill high-pressure oxygen cylinders. The filling station for high-pressure oxygen cylinders has a capacity of 30Nm3/hr or a minimum of 100 size J cylinders (6800L nominal capacity) per day. The remaining oxygen produced by the oxygen generator will be directly piped to the beds to supply the hospital's oxygen demand.2.       Similar response as under 1.Response to Clarification 3:The cylinder to be filled is a size J oxygen cylinder with a nominal capacity of 6800L. We are only looking for 2x6 cylinder filling ramp configurations.

New clarification added: Dear Bidders, Please see below the clarifications provided against the request received from the interested bidder:Bidder`s request:1. In relation to point 1, if we are costing each of the sites, how do we know which sites require the 100Nm3 and 60Nm3 PSA systems? 2. In relation to point 2, are we just providing costings for the 100Nm3 and 60Nm3 as well as the medical air and vacuum systems and UNOPS will decide how many of each are required and which sites they are going to? 3. In the sheet named 'Sites' in the Excel document 'RFI-2024-50131 -Stie Location - Oxygen Plant, Vacuum and Medical gas air' all the sites are listed with 'yes' and 'blanks' in the blocks for each of the systems. Does the yes mean they already have these systems at these sites and we are quoting for each blank block at the sites or vice versa? 4. Would aftersales services be carried out by us during the warranty period? If yes, should we include the aftersales charges in the quotation sheet?5. What is the incoterm to quote on?UNOPS Response:As specified on the Excel sheet Worabe Comprehensive Hospital needs 100m3/h production capacity and the rest needs 60m3/h production capacity. A total of 12 Oxygen Plant, 12 Vaccum, and 12 Medical gas air is requested. Please refer to the RFI-2024-50131 -Site location - Oxygen Plant, Vaccum, and Medical gas air document for the site list. "YES" indicates a system's necessity for the respective hospital. Thus, please give your offers for the systems that said “YES”Yes, The vendor is expected to perform aftersales service during the warranty period. Kindly give your offer in both FCA and DAP incoterm, Please refer to the indicative price form for details.
