Request for Proposal for the provision of ICAO Public Key Directory (PKD) Service

The ICAO Public Key Directory (PKD) is a central repository for exchanging the information required to authenticate electronic Machine-Readable Travel Documents, such as ePassports, electronic ID cards, and other digitally signed credentials such as the ICAO Digital Travel Credential, Visible Digital Seals, and ICAO Digital Barcodes. ICAO is inviting proposals for the design/development, provision, installation/integration and ongoing operation of the ICAO PKD Service. This service is intended to be procured on a turnkey basis for the provision of PKD services beyond March 31, 2026, which marks the expiration date of the existing operational contract.
