Renovation Works of IOM Office in Thailand - Bangkok
IOM Thailand Country Office is soliciting invitation to bid (ITB) from reputable and experienced contractors for IOM Thailand office renovation project. It will be renovated to improve standards of energy efficiency integrating friendly features, air quality, more efficient lighting, quality flooring and open plan offices. The space is designed to improve use of space, improve acoustics, greener, brighter and modern feel while considering current and future space requirements, public health, safety and environmental aspects of the work area for IOM personnel.
The project is intended to registering space rent in office building construction project (Interior Design Construction – ID+C) or existing facilities) with the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) and documenting those projects' satisfactory compliance with one of the USGBC's + LEED Rating Systems, to achieve LEED Certification. “LEED” refers to the “Leadership in Energy and Environment Design” rating systems crated by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
The project involves the construction of IOM country office renovation project, size approx. 1,000 SQM. located on the 18th floor, Rajanakarn building, 3 South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok.
