Participation in the clarification meeting is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged to avoid the risk of non-compliant quotations.

No nationalities are excluded from submitting a quotation. Only bidders legally registered in Ethiopia with renewed business license for 2023 GC or 2015 EC and possessing Construction Certificate Grades 1–5 are permitted to submit their bids.
