01 International Consultant for UNDP-GCF (Mid-Term Review)

UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 International Consultant for UNDP-GCF Independent Interim Evaluation (Mid-Term Review)

The Interim Evaluation (IE) team will assess implementation of the project and its alignment with Funded Activity Agreement (FAA) obligations and progress towards the achievement of the project objectives and outcomes as specified in the Project Document. The IE will review the project’s strategy, its risks to sustainability and assess early signs of project success or failure with the goal of identifying the necessary changes to be made in order to set the project on-track to achieve its intended results.

 Search for this specific tender using search filters and subscribe to the tender in order to get notifications in case of amendments of the tender document. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.  If any discrepancy between deadline in the system and in deadline indicated elsewhere, deadline in the system prevails.

 Female consultants are encouraged to bid for this required service. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified female consultants. Submission obtaining the highest weighted points (technical points + financial points) will be selected subject to positive reference checks on the consultant’s past performance. Interviews with the candidates may be held if deemed necessary.

 Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
