Lease of Office Space in Bogota, Colombia

The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) is seeking to identify available office space in Bogota, Colombia to enter into a lease contract for an initial term of five (5) years, with four (4) optional one-year term extensions. The premises should include the following general considerations: The requested location for the UNVMC office in Bogota, Colombia must be within the following perimeter - North: Calle 120; South: Calle 72; East: Carrera 1; and West Autopista Norte The following two (2) options will be acceptable: Option 1 - One or more properties (if more than one property is offered these should be no more than 750 meters from each other), with a total area of at least 6,000 square meters and a total of 110 parking spaces adequate for pickup and SUV vehicles. Option 2 - One property that is no more than 750 meters from UNVMC's current office located at Calle 95, No. 13-35, Bogota, Colombia, with a total area of al least 3,200 square meters and a total of 60 parking spaces adequate for pickup and SUV vehicles.
