New clarification added: Question: Dear engineers Please 1- Is it necessary to level the location of solar panels on one level? Or is leveling the site according to the natural terrain gradation sufficient? Because the level of elevations is great from the east and reaches eight metres, this will cost large sums of money for the operations of cutting, backfilling and zero settlement.Please note that the leveling work should be according to the RFQ technical specifications, scope of work, Drawing and BoQ , 2- the quantities of trenches calculated in the BOQ are small. The quantities that will be implemented for DC cables in the solar panel field have not been calculated ?Or must the bidder include these works in the pricing of the cable items?Please refer to the RFQ BoQ- Bill: 1 # ELECTRICAL WORKS Item No 4 DC Cabling- Note - the "This item is including the cables , cable trays and cable trenches, as site required."

New clarification added: Dear Bidder Pleaes find the evaluation attached below: Q1 - We ask you kindly please to extend the submission period by two weeks, this is because the project is large and needs preparation for a longer period?Ans 1 - Please note any extension will be reflecetd in esourcing plafourm as of this time no extension is grated. Q2 - Civil worksCould you please specify the type of foundation for transformer room , because it shown in (DWG no : S012) as raft foundation , while in annex 25 it shown isolated footing ,in addition, there is different in dimensions of transformer room.Kindly note that both drawing ( DWG no : S012 and annex 25 ) are for different rooms, you are advised to revisit the drawing . We need to provide us the reinforcing details of strip beams for control room that shown in annex 19.Please refer to the detailed in the drawing named (S006) - Electrical works1. CCTV details are missing.Please refer to the technical specifications and BoQ bill Electrical work item 9.2. New clarification added: Dear Bidder Please find the answer below: Question 1: Regarding item (3) in Bill: 1 # ELECTRICAL WORKS of BOQ_SAY-001, DC combiner boxes are required, while the 100 kilowatt inverters available in the market do not require the installation of this box because the design of the box with 22 inputs and 1 output, means that you are requesting an inverter has only one MPPT charger controller input , and thus the current will be high. While it is better to install an inverter that contains several MPPT C.C and no less than 20 strings inputs in it and contains all the required types of protection. In this case, we do not need this combiner boxes. Is it possible to install this type of inverters and dispense with the combiner box and thus not be priced?Ans - Please refer to the RFQ technical specifications , BoQ, and Drawing .

New clarification added: Dear Bidders Please find the answers clarification below: Q1- The quantities of bricks, paint, plaster, and tiles in the control room and the transformer room do not match the specifications mentioned in the drawings? Ans 1 - Kindly note that, It is a unit price cost. However please refer to the amended BoQ .Q2- It mentioned in the specifications of (iron cane and H Beam) used for the fence. The specifications have not been accurately determined, and therefore we ask you to clarify this in detail.Ans 2 - It is showing in the drawing sheet number Annex 14 (Hot Deep Galvanized SteelH-Beam 180mm) Q3- Are the concrete works (for the wall), all armed or only at the gate?Ans 3 - RC foundations for all.as per drawingQ4- The coordinates of the site is not identical to reality as it is on the current site which there in it (solar energy, rooms and small buildings)? Ans 4 - Kindly note that Sayoun LC is obligated to remove the existing PV solar system. before the implementation.5- Does the site need protection and paving from the south, where there is a rainwater channel adjacent to the site of the solar panels? Ans 5 - Kindly note that the work is limited to the Scope of work, BoQ,, Drawing, the risk of the flood was taken into considerations during the structure design . and the LC confirms that the rainwater channel is included with other interventions. 6- Based on our visit to the site, and through the question of those concerned in the field, it was found that there is previous excavation work for the water network on the outskirts of the solar panels.According to the engineering chart, and based on the schedule of the tender, item (15.1) stipulated that the depth of the excavations reaches (90) centimeters, please explain. Ans 6 - Kindly note that Sayoun LC is obligated to remove the existing unused water network. before the implementation. 7- It was mentioned in item (3.15) of the quantities schedule, the presence of a side road for the room with a length of (29) meters long and our inquiries regarding this item. Are there illustrations of that? Ans 7 - It is a SideWalk around the control room, not a side road. 8- It was stated in the fence drawings that the height of the net is (2.5) meters and our inquiries in this item that the largest size is available in the market does not exceed (2) meters, and accordingly we hope that you clarify this with a statement in the technical specifications of the network? Ans 8 - Please refer to RFQ. Scope of work , BoQ and Drawing

Beam, it was found that the size mentioned in the engineering drawings (3.35), and the use of this size will lead to a waste in the quantities, in addition to the price of this item will be double, so we suggest that this size be modified to 3.00 meters. Ans - It is showing in the drawing sheet number Annex 14 (Hot Deep Galvanized SteelH-Beam 180mm) 12- In Clause (9), the accuracy of the surveillance cameras, their number, and installation locations were not determined.
