New clarification added: Dear Bidder, Please note the below-raised question and our official response in connection to the Request for Quotation, ref. RFQ/2023/49456 :Question 1: we noticed in the vendor submission section, the window of documents check:1- In lot 2 there is no zone to submit the technical questionnaire. 2- In lot 3 there is a zone added by mistake for Filled and signed draft ESMP for lot 4.please advise how to submit our forms with them.Answer 1:  Although in each tab you can submit more than one document, we will add tabs for theseQuestion 2: Through our review of the tender files, it was found that the solar inverter required in LOT 4  inverters, 75 kw, ON grid inverterswhile in the tables of quantities for the tender and in the specifications file for Off-grid inverter. Please inform us or amend so that the data is correct.Answer 2: Kindly note that the required is grid string solar inverter. The (OF) in the BOQ is used as a conjunction to link the words in the sentence.

New amendment added #1: * Amend BOQ for lot (1) to read as the following:1-  Delete the columns for Brand, Model, and Origin*Amend BoQ for Lot (2) to read as the following:1- -  Delete the columns for Brand, Model, and Origin* Amend BOQ for lot (4) to read as the following:1- Add the following description "ACB as shown in drawings" under item (7) of the Electrical - Solar & LV system2- Add item no. (13) with the following description "solar Hybrid Controller Supply, install, test and commission of solar Hybrid controller complete system with all required accessories and materials to complete the work as per manufacturer instructions, Drawings and Technical specifications; the controller must include but not limited to: • have the ability to communicate 3 Diesel Generators not Synchronize • have the ability to communicate and full control of PV solar energy to gride network.* Amend the technical questionnaire for lot (4) to read as the following:1- Amend the item 12- Solar Hybrid Controller2- Amend the item 13- Monitoring and Logging* Amend the drawing document to reflect the changes* Amend the technical Specification_Elec. Part_MAR-007 document to reflect the changes* Extend the clarification deadline to 11/12/2023* Extend the tender deadline to 20/12/2023* All other terms and conditions remain the same

RFQ/2023/49456 :Question 1: In lots 2,4,5 technical specifications you stated that the solar PV panel rating should be at least that specified in the technical drawings;),  Could you please clarify what you meant by that, noting there is no specified rating in the technical drawing; the rating is already mentioned in the technical specs.Answer 1: Please refer to the drawing it stated clearly  the following # Group String x # PV panel x  capacity of each PV panel XXX in W. which total equal to  the Solar PV panel rating for all lots  in BoQ  item  (1)  Solar power module.Question 2: In lot (4)- Clarifications required about NEW MDB panel: - Please specify the type of breakers, which are MCCB and which are ACB. - Are all outgoing circuit breakers motorized?Answer 2: Please refer to the  amended  Lot 4  Electrical drawing, BoQ, and Technical specification and technical questionnaireQuestion 3: Clarifications required about NEW EL-DB motherboard: - Please specify type of breakers, which are MCCB and which are ACB.- Is a mechanical interlock required for four ACB breakers?  Mechanical interlocks can be made for a maximum of three ACB breakers. - MCCB breakers.
