Request for Proposal for Capacity Development on Smart Start Curriculum (Only Companies who have registered in Myanmar)

1.  Purpose:
1.1 The purpose of this Request for Capacity development on Smart Start Curriculum  as per Terms of Reference/Statement of Work attached at Annex B.

2. Submission Deadline and Proposal opening:
2.1 The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows:
1st December 2023, 15:00 hr. (Myanmar Time). Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to procurementyangon@unicef.org in a non-editable format (viz. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number LRPS-2023-9186805 in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than 1st December 2023, 15:00 hr. (Myanmar Time).
No other recipient should be "Cc" or "Bcc" in the e-mail submission. Bids should not be sent to any Procurement Staff who signed the RFP or any other UNICEF employee as it will be invalidated.  Bidders are advised to ensure that submissions are made well in advance before the closing time.  Late bids and those bids which do not comply with the bidding instructions will not be accepted. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.

2.2 Supplier will submit Two separate proposals electronically at
procurementyangon@unicef.org in the following manner:
- Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical ProposalLRPS-2023-9186805"
- Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial ProposalLRPS-2023-9186805"
- The services Form is to be signed and sent along with the technical proposal for
acceptance of GTCs.
