New clarification added: Question: A company wanted to know about the location of Lunch for the cleaning team and went on to ask whether or not there be a break time for the lunch and whether it can be provided inside the compound.Answer: This process is for cleaning services and in any case, has no relation to any catering services.Question: One bidder requested clarification on the clause saying UNOPS reserves the right to vary the quantity of the goods and associated services specified above, provided this does not exceed +/- 20%, without any change in the unit prices or other terms and conditions of the RFQ."Answer: This means during evaluation and award process, UNOPS has the right to increase or reduce the requirement(personnel) by 20% if need be and this will either increase/decrease the bidders offer by 20%.
