Reference is made to the above subject, we are pleased to invite you to our REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES (RFPS) ref. 2023-9185963 -  WASH Services in Garden Camp (KAP).  You are kindly requested to submit your best proposal “Technical & Financial” (IN SEPARATE E-MAILS, ONE FOR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL, ONE FOR FINANCIAL PROPOSAL. IF THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL INCLUDES ANY PRICING OR NUMBERING, YOUR PROPOSAL WILL BE INVALIDATED) to JORDANBIDS@UNICEF.ORG ONLY no later than 11:59AM Amman Time on 25 OCTOBER 2023, otherwise it will be considered as not valid.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Please note that any inquiries related to this request for proposal will be accepted through e-mail ONLY jco-procurement@unicef.org and will not be considered through phone calls.
  2. Please use the attached TOR/BOQ to guide you on the financial offer.
  3. We appreciate if your concerns/relevant issues regarding the bid document are communicated to us no later than OCT 17, 2023 through e-mail ONLY jco-procurement@unicef.org.
  4. Only proposals received through JORDANBIDS@UNICEF.ORG and subjected the tender number will be valid, any proposals received through any other e-mail will be INVALIDATED.
