The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) invites offerors (Service Providers) to submit a proposal for the EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING in Mosul, Iraq, in accordance with the present solicitation document.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, via electronic submission (email), should reach the following address baghdad.proc@unesco.org no later than 29 October 2023  before (18:00 hour Baghdad local time) without any copy to any other e-mail addresses. Offers addressed at any other e-mail accounts will be disqualified.

This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm/institution. Your proposal could, however, form the basis for a contract between your company and UNESCO.
