Description

In coordination with the ILO’s/Work4Women and GIZ’s teams, the consultant is expected to perform the following tasks and activities:
• Based on the overall concept of the international expert, develop a detailed workplan.
• Check the tools for the evaluation (questionnaire or interview guide for pilot companies, local LOGIB focal points etc.) that are drafted by the international expert if needed adapt to the local context & translate for the local context.
1. Conduct interviews with the pilot companies.
2. Conduct interviews with the local LOGIB focal points.
3. Conduct interviews with ILO’s Work4Women and GIZ teams, local LOGIB focal points, pilot companies.
• Data Analysis of all interviews/questionnaire data as well as a monitoring sheet developed by the international expert and used during the pilot.
• Summarize findings and draft evaluation report in English.
• Finalise evaluation report based on feedback by international expert in both Arabic and English.
